The Code supports Signatories and Supporters to share, connect and collaborate with other members of the Code Community. We do this through our virtual workshop series, face-to-face events and Code Connect.
Code Connect enables the Code Community to share, connect and collaborate. Code Connect is virtual matching system to facilitate collaboration across the Code Community. It gives you easy access to information about other members, such as their area of activity and expertise, and lets you connect with the community in a few simple steps.
Code Connect is exclusively available to the Code Community, organisations who have committed to working toward common goals to increase the diversity and number of young people entering engineering careers.
If you’re not yet a Code Signatory or Supporter you can still see who is part of the Code Community, filtering by sector and organisation size.
Code Signatories and Supporters who want to join Code Connect should contact the Code team.

The Code Community is made up of Signatories and Supporters.
Signatories are organisations with UK operations that fund, design and/or deliver engineering-inspiration activities and want to work together with others to inspire a diverse engineering workforce.
Supporters are organisations who are unable to sign the Code but believe in its ambition. As a Supporter you will not sign up to the pledges, but your organisation will commit to play an active part in the Code Community, for example, contributing where applicable and sharing knowledge/good practice.
